"I am a forty-two year old mother of four children ages six through twelve.  Two years ago my husband was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor.  He did fairly well until this past October, when his condition worsened.  It became apparent that I could no longer care for him at home by myself, trying to raise four children.  He could not be left alone, not even for one minute, and I was struggling on how I was going to best help him.  My husband was admitted to the hospital, and I spent as much time there as possible.  My biggest fear was him being left alone at night, and losing his balance and falling or becoming confused, and not knowing where he was.  The team at SmartCare became part of our family.  They stayed with my husband around the clock, and cared for him just as good as I would, and truly even better.  Their compassion and commitment was second to none.  Knowing that they were there when I had to leave to go be with our children gave me such peace of mind, and I knew he was in excellent hands.  There were many days where I felt overwhelmed, and at my wits end, and they made a very diffucult time in my life bearable.  They always arrived with smiling faces, and ready to help.  I can't thank you enough for what you did for our family"

"I believe it was fate that SmartCare came into my life at a time when I really needed help.  I am 88 years old and my husband passed away recently, and my little doggie died a few months later.  I have been very, very lonely and I needed someone to be my family because I have no family.  I had back surgery recently and they have been with me every step of the way with a guiding hand and a caring heart.  They have truly become my family, I love them dearly and I truly mean it from the bottom of my heart.
